visitors, we have visitors

this adorable young lady was visiting on her way to MASSMoCA, and posed with a favorite item. She is a teenaged artist who seems ready to set the world on its ear- i wish i could find the card with her name on it!

visitors-how nice

Recent visitor Jim Fissel stopped by to have a look at our little shop. We had a wide-ranging talk, and I very much enjoyed meeting him. He is a visual artist who will be having a show at Gallery 51 next door in May, please check it out! See some of his beautiful, mystical paintings at

visitors

What a nice surprise- my friend, Bennington artist Viola Moriarity-Lev, visited recently. She and her college-student daughter Phoebe were going to MASSMoCA and stopped in for some tea & general merriment. Yay! We have copies of a small artist's book Viola created as a respose to Guillermo Del Toro's film 'Laberinto del Fauno."  Much of her current work chronicles her struggle to survive breast cancer.
